This page explains the privacy approach for the public AIC Services website and website-related enquiries. It does not replace any separate participant, service-delivery, employment or clinical privacy documentation that may apply in other AIC Services processes.
You can browse normal public website content without creating an account.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact AIC Services by phone or email, you may choose to provide your name, contact details and information about the support or service you want to discuss.
Please provide only the information reasonably needed for the enquiry. If your enquiry involves disability, health or other sensitive information, use the contact method you are comfortable with and avoid sending unnecessary detail through ordinary email.
Website technical information
Like most websites, web servers and browsers may generate routine technical information needed to deliver pages securely and diagnose website problems. The public site is primarily static and does not currently load advertising pixels or analytics platforms by default.

The interactive map is limited to the Contact and Moonah office pages and loads only after the visitor chooses to view it.
